A free 15-minute Initial Fit Call is a qualification conversation, not a diagnostic report. A Detailed Workflow Fit Check or Project Billing Evidence-Control Sprint proceeds only after scope, evidence, fees, responsibilities, exclusions and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.
No assured financial outcome
Qavoryn may identify potential project-billing signals, evidence gaps and control weaknesses. It does not guarantee that an issue exists, that a client will validate or accept a finding, that an invoice can be raised, or that any amount will be recovered or prevented.
Professional-advice boundary
Qavoryn does not provide a formal audit opinion, accounting advice, legal advice or tax advice. Findings and recommendations require client validation and, where appropriate, review by the client's qualified professional advisers before action.
Acceptable website use
Visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or send confidential client evidence through public enquiry forms. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and remain subject to those services' own terms.
Website content and availability
Qavoryn may update the website, sample outputs, scope descriptions and indicative pricing. The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. Current engagement scope and pricing are those confirmed in the applicable written proposal, not an earlier website version.
Intellectual property
The Qavoryn name, website content, diagnostic structure and sample materials may not be copied, republished or represented as another provider's work except where permission or applicable law allows. Client ownership and permitted use of paid engagement outputs are addressed in the relevant agreement.
