Privacy

This notice distinguishes information submitted through the public website from evidence handled under a separately agreed diagnostic engagement.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Who this notice covers

This notice applies to the Qavoryn public website, Initial Fit Call requests, general enquiries and sample-output requests. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to contact@qavoryn.com.

The legal contracting party and governing terms are confirmed in the signed proposal or engagement agreement before paid work begins. Any additional data-processing terms are also confirmed before diagnostic evidence is transferred.

Public website and enquiry information

The website forms may collect a name, work email, company, role, selected enquiry type, workflow description, evidence availability, ownership context and message content. This information is used to respond, assess initial fit, arrange a conversation and prepare a proposed scope.

Public forms are not an approved evidence-transfer channel. Visitors should not attach or paste contracts, invoices, payment records, personal data or other confidential client records into an enquiry.

Diagnostic engagement information

If a Project Billing Evidence-Control Sprint proceeds, Qavoryn may handle masked or redacted business exports such as SOWs, project and milestone records, worklogs, scope changes, invoices, payments, expenses, approvals and owner-action records.

The evidence set, purpose, approved transfer method, authorised participants, retention period and deletion expectations are confirmed for the engagement before diagnostic files are transferred.

Purpose and access

Information is used only for the relevant enquiry, scope assessment, agreed diagnostic analysis, validation, reporting and manager handoff. Access should be limited to the people responsible for the agreed engagement and supporting website operations.

Hosting, email and international processing

The website is hosted through Vercel and form delivery may use Resend. These providers may process technical, routing and message information in locations described in their own service and privacy documentation. Other diagnostic subprocessors, if required, are identified during engagement scoping rather than assumed on this website.

Retention and deletion

Enquiry information is retained only while reasonably required to respond, maintain appropriate business records and address follow-up. Diagnostic evidence follows the retention and deletion arrangements agreed for that engagement. A specific universal deletion period is not stated because evidence scope and contractual requirements can differ.

Security and incidents

Qavoryn's intended procedure is to use scoped access and evidence-transfer arrangements agreed for the engagement. The actual method and responsibilities require client confirmation before transfer. No website statement should be read as a claim of SOC 2, ISO 27001, bank-grade security or another certification. Suspected privacy or security incidents should be reported promptly to contact@qavoryn.com.

AI model training

The public website does not collect diagnostic evidence for generative-AI model training. Any proposed use of client evidence beyond the agreed diagnostic purpose would require separate written consideration and approval.

Privacy requests

To ask what enquiry information is held, request a correction or discuss deletion, email contact@qavoryn.com with enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry. Identity or authority may need to be confirmed before information is disclosed or changed.
